Kind of changing my life at the moment.
I didn't go to the class today. Well I did for about 10 mintues but then i realized it wasn't for me. It's not what I'm meant to do with my life, simply be a blackjack dealer. I'm transfering to NAU next year instead of the two year plan i had in mind. "You've got to do what you're meant to do," and I happen to be a goddamn Psychologist. I'm not going to end up like my brother and just dick around for 5 years working odd jobs and driving a cab. I can do better with my life and I can be great. |

Thinking a lot lately...
I'm going to be trading in a lot of games tomorrow. I don't really play games all that much these days. Just don't really interest me as much as they did. I'm going to Blackjack classes for about two months starting tomorrow. Monday through Friday from 1pm to 5pm. It's an eight week course designed to make you a Jedi Master is the ways of Blackjack. Well to be a dealer anyway. Although I'm not sure how much I'll like the job. See here's the rub, you get trained and trained and trained until you get tested in the end. If you pass then you'll be automatically be given major points when they have positions open or you might even go right there after you pass if positions are availavle. The problem here is that I'll be taking classes at college so even if I DO pass the course, I might not be able to fit the job into my schedule. Although I can be put on a waiting list until after my fall semester is up. Though I'd rather be making some moolah now when I'm thinking of moving out sometime soon. Megan and Kelly are going to be headig up north to NAU next month. It's their 18th birthday this Thursday and I've already got some giftcards and badass t-shirts that scream "hardcore nerd, baby!" but I'm also thinking of getting them some custom Zippos too. That reminds me, I'm looking for a pipe. I figure if I do indeed smoke, it's going to be out of a pipe reminiscent of Sherlock Holmes or a thrifty salesmen from england with a monocle that says "Nyaaaa" a lot. My brother is actually looking for a good corncob pipe actually. |

Holy shit it's already July!
Yeaaaaaaaaah.......jusssst sitting around lately, driving to the store n whatnot. Don't exactly have my license but as long as I drive the speed limit and don't fuck up then johnny law has no reason to get me. I'm taking blackjack classes this month and hopefully I can get hired on and at least get some sort of income to move out. J's been talking about getting an apartment together which he's the last person I'd ever guess to suggest that. Two wildy different and opposite brothers can ONLY be a recipe for hilarity...or we'll kill eachother. He's a night owl, I'm a morning person. He's thin and tall, I'm chubby and.....I believe 5'10" last time i checked. He's...normal and I'm psychotic. He's messy and I'm clean kinda. Still though, it'd be interesting I guess. |

Well this is fun, not only have I been sick since friday with this death cough and relatively mild fever, this morning I woke up with shit in my right eye and come to find WHAMMO! PINKEYE. This weekend hasn't been very good to me. |

The "no technology" break wasn't too bad, just sharpened up on my cooking skills and knife skills (SEE WHAT I DID THERE?) and just read a book....well technically books but yeah. Nice to get away from things every now and then. |
